About Titanium Grade 1 Sheet 
Titanium Grade 1 sheet is well performed in heat exchangers. These sheets have physical properties like melting point and density. Our sheets have mechanical and thermal properties. The hot working process increases the ductility of titanium Grade. Our grade 1 titanium sheets are easy to weld. These sheets are heat treatable, and it is used in high temperature applications. Due to these physical and mechanical properties, our sheets are useable in various applications. On these sheets brushing are sufficient, polishing is not necessary. These sheets are formed in any shape without breaking. These sheets provide high formability due to low carbon content.

General Properties of these plates 
Titanium is an active metal, but it shows excellent high resistance to corrosion because a passive film of titanium oxide is generated and is maintained in many environments. Titanium plates offer excellent corrosion resistance against oxidizing acids such as nitric acid, chromic acid, etc. These plates are subject to crevice corrosion under high-temperature conditions in highly concentrated solutions. In such cases, it is recommended to use corrosion resistant titanium alloys Titanium exhibits corrosion resistance against moisture-containing chlorine gas, but please note that titanium reacts significantly with dry chlorine gas. Because of all these qualities, Grade 1 is the material of choice for any application where ease of formability is required.

Features of Titanium Grade 1 Alloy 
Titanium Grade 1 is a titanium alloy that contains a combination of titanium and other chemical elements. Titanium Grade 1 alloy shows very high tensile strength and toughness in high temperature conditions. This alloy provides high corrosion resistance, and titanium is usually light in weight. Titanium Grade 1 alloy features excellent priorities and provides an excellent strength-to-density ratio. This alloy has low thermal expansion and provides excellent thermal stress in the titanium frame. They provide better formability, weldability and strength, and the effect is very good.

Advantages of Titanium Grade 1 Round Bar  
These round bars have greater size accuracy, straightness, and increased tensile and yield strength, as well as improved machinability. These round bars are suitable for multiple applications and is used in various industries. Some good features of these round bars offer high dimensional accuracy, anti-corrosiveness, high tensile strength, and rugged construction, flexibility, withstanding heavy loads, durability, and longevity. Also, it has other features, including general corrosion resistance, stress corrosion cracking resistance, pitting resistance, crevice corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance.

Titanium Grade 1 Foil 
Titanium Grade 1 Foil has rough construction, high strength in high stress and these foils have easily bending quality without breaking.
